We hadn’t planned to stay in the area, but at the last minute we decided to book the property for one night. We were a group of 12 (adults and children). The owner’s availability and flexibility were amazing! Communication with her was easy and convenient, both through the site’s messaging system and via SMS. She was responsive and attentive. When we arrived, we discovered a true gem! The house is large, spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. There were plenty of towels, clean linens, and a very welcoming atmosphere. The property looked exactly like the photos! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, pleasant place with a jacuzzi and a small pool. One small downside that didn’t affect our evening—there was an issue with the grill, and we informed the owner. Since everyone was hungry, we simply used our own portable grill.

I stayed here for one night with a group of four. We had a magical time. There were excellent spaces for group hanging out and conversation - on the deck, on the back patio, in the living room. We played an extremely fun game of foosball. I love the location. It was so great to have a FANTASTIC gelato place with very unique flavors less than a block away. And to be walking distance from some of the most exciting streets in Austin. I so highly recommend staying here.

When I tell you they have the best place, it’s because they truly do. Lynn was incredibly attentive to us from start to finish, and her team worked wonders to make sure we were able to access the property smoothly and stress-free. Communication was always clear and quick, which made everything so easy. The space itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and honestly the perfect house for our stay. Everything about it felt comfortable, welcoming, and well taken care of. This is hands down the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in Austin. I would absolutely come back again!
