We hadn’t planned to stay in the area, but at the last minute we decided to book the property for one night. We were a group of 12 (adults and children). The owner’s availability and flexibility were amazing! Communication with her was easy and convenient, both through the site’s messaging system and via SMS. She was responsive and attentive. When we arrived, we discovered a true gem! The house is large, spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. There were plenty of towels, clean linens, and a very welcoming atmosphere. The property looked exactly like the photos! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, pleasant place with a jacuzzi and a small pool. One small downside that didn’t affect our evening—there was an issue with the grill, and we informed the owner. Since everyone was hungry, we simply used our own portable grill.
Host was very responsive, house was perfect for 3 kids w/cowboy pool, hot tub and arcade - huge hit! Enough food locally to keep us fed and great trail across the road. Driveable to most central/south Austin activities.
Our group stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and had an amazing time. The house was the perfect size for our group with a great kitchen and living space to hang out. We loved the location as well. Highly recommend this house for your next group trip to Austin!

Had a wonderful stay!! Accessible location and great backyard
Spectacular place! Host was so responsive, we had everything we needed, neighborhood is great! We stayed there with 12 people, including toddlers, two babies and a dog for a multi- generational stay in Austin for a family wedding and the house never felt crowded. The rooms are great, multiple places to hang out. When I booked, I didn’t pay much attention to the backyard in the listing but it is lovely and we ended up spending quite a bit of time out there! Very easy to get to some incredible bars and restaurants, and there is a playground across the street. I couldn’t have asked for anything more for our stay.

Lynn was super proactive before we stayed and checked in to make sure everything was smooth. The property was very clean, had a great hot tub/cowboy pool, and had a ton of beds. It’s within walking distance to great coffee, tacos, and bars. All in all a great experience!
Stayed here for a bachelorette trip and had such an amazing time! The home is beautiful and described perfectly! Everyone had a comfy place to sleep and there was plenty of seating and amenities for our large party!! We didn't even have to leave the house to have a good time! :) The hostesses are super kind and respond quickly to any and all questions!! Another great thing is this Airbnb is pretty central to everything around downtown! Any place we wanted to visit was around 15 to 20 minutes away from the house! Usually, parking situations in the big city is a hassle, but the house has plenty of parking and was very easy to find! I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a larger place to stay and wanting to visit the Austin area!! Just want to say a huge thank you again to the hostesses for allowing us to stay and creating a fun, safe, and comfy environment for our large party!! :)
The house was fantastic. It was clean and well appointed. We were in Austin for business and pleasure and used the dining room table for team work. There is a great trail for walks/runs across the street. You can run a 5k and only cross two streets. We would definitely go back. House is only a 5-10 minute uber to anywhere you want to go in Austin and there is a great food truck location just 150 yards from the house with great coffee and bagels.
